Explosion resistance training can be divided into two types: resistance bands and resistance parachutes. Their primary function is to utilize resistance to enhance an athlete's explosive power and endurance. The resistance bungee band are wearable devices that require assistance from a coach or trainer to provide resistance, forcing the athlete to exert more force to overcome the external resistance, thereby improving the explosiveness of the lower limb muscles. Resistance parachutes, on the other hand, create air resistance through an open parachute surface, requiring no assistance. Athletes can wear and use resistance parachutes on their own to train muscle endurance. Bungee resistance bands allow athletes to enhance their performance with focused resistance training. Regardless of whether resistance bands or resistance parachutes are used, different levels of resistance can be selected based on different training programs, and interval use can be utilized to repeatedly train muscle endurance for more significant effects.
